No rage baiting, no overly emotional photos whose authenticity and source can't be verified, no rumors or conjecture, no repeating Hamas provided causality statistics, no emotionally worded and manipulative headlines, no giving Hamas a pass, and no false moral equivocations between Israel and Hamas. The BBC has a very clear bias in favour of Israel. They seem prone to "bothsidesism" when it is inappropriate. Perhaps, as a thought experiment, they could put both sides on the Holocaust. Was it 6 million or less than 6 million? And that is the right metaphor.
Influential people say it openly like Ben Gvr and Smotrich and they are not alone. What Israel does is not proportionate. It is attempting to do what those two psychopathic scoundrels want it to do. The IDF has lied so often that it no longer has credibility. You need not look to Gaza alone for the evidence. An illuminating example from a few years ago is Shireen Abu Akleh the journalist. The IDF claimed she was killed by Palestinian gunfire when it knew full well she was murdered by an Israeli soldier.
We can dream, but if anything its getting worse. It's quite distressing.
